Great stay overall! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt at home during my trip. The clean and comfortable room had a fantastic balcony with a lovely view. The location was perfect - close to many restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.
Although the room itself was quiet and peaceful, the soundproofing could have been improved as some outside noise could still be heard. the breakfast could have offered more options, although the ones available were delicious.

This hotel offers excellent value with modern, clean rooms and superb customer service. The staff creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and goes above and beyond to attend to guests' needs. Rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities, including a beautiful balcony with lovely views. Breakfast is made-to-order with delicious American and Indian options. The hotel also offers a boardroom facility for business meetings. The location is convenient, with shopping and hospitals in easy walking distance.
Some guests reported that the staff was not well trained and do not wear uniforms, causing confusion about who does what.

Additionally, the hotel had an open parking space available and was located in a good and lively area close to the main road.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. The rooms were tidy, and the housekeeping staff kept the place spick and span. Location wise, it was perfect, easy to find and close to everything. The restaurant offered an extensive menu of both Indian and Western dishes that were freshly prepared and delicious.
The hotel could improve the acoustic insulation of the rooms as I could hear some noise coming from outside at night. Other than that one minor issue, I didn’t have any complaints.
